The following are examples of questions that we might ask in order to better understand you and your business.

	What type of loan products do you originate, and who are the investors funding and/or purchasing your loans?
	How do you deliver your loans to your investors? Wholesale? Correspondent? Flow or bulk? Perhaps you use a combination of delivery methods.
	How do you generate loan applications, and what are your lead sources?
	How do you currently analyze products and pricing and create an internal rate sheet? How much choice do your loan officers have in selecting loan products and/or investors?
	Do you currently outsource some or all of your back office functions, e.g. drawing docs, closing, funding and shipping loan, quality control, etc.?
