How do I apply and what are you going to be looking for?

Downloading an application is easy, or we can mail one to you. The questions you will answer and attachments you will provide are fairly comprehensive and are designed to give us a complete picture of your background, experience and industry reputation as we begin the relationship. We are looking for companies whose principals have integrity and adequate industry experience and that produce properly originated and well-documented loans that will be purchased timely by investors. We are looking for long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships with folks who are serious about being true mortgage professionals.

What are your minimum financial requirements, insurance requirements and licensing requirements.

We do care about liquidity, cash flow, and earnings trend.

Our insurance requirements are described in our methodology as well as in the Warehouse Application.

We require our customers to be properly licensed in each state they are originating loans and ask for evidence of current licenses.

What type of loans will you warehouse and what are the costs?

Our goal is to provide our customers with "one-stop shopping" to the greatest extent possible. We will warehouse A-paper, Alt A, seconds and jumbos. In all cases, we must be comfortable with the underwriting approval and the investor.
